Our holistic 1-on-1 facilitated stretching sessions utilize a variety of techniques, including passive, active, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, to gently lengthen tight muscles, release tension, and improve overall flexibility. With hands-on assistance and expert guidance from our trainers, you’ll experience deeper, more effective stretches that go beyond what you can achieve on your own.

Facilitated stretching works by leveraging your body's natural responses to stretching. When you stretch a muscle, it automatically tightens up to protect itself, but with facilitated stretching, an external force, like your trainer or a stretching device, triggers a relaxation response in your muscles. This relaxation response allows you to stretch further than you could on your own, gradually improving your flexibility and range of motion. Over time, your body learns to maintain this increased flexibility, making it easier to move comfortably and reducing the risk of injuries. It's like giving your muscles a little extra help to move and feel better, ultimately enhancing your overall mobility and well-being.
